Semantex™ is a complete multilingual text analytics platform that employs a unique hybrid approach to information extraction involving dictionaries, patterns and statistical models. 

The Semantex™ natural language processing pipeline generates rich entity and event profiles with relationship linkages to facilitate deep insight. 

Uncover hidden relationships across data sources

Semantex™ brings the unique capability of resolving ambiguous entities and uncovering relationships between entities and concepts across multiple data sources. The context around an entity is used to determine if another entity with a similar name from a different data source is the same.

For example, if there have been support requests for the same unresolved issue for a particular product version from different customers, Semantex™ can tie the different requests together to streamline the support resolution process.  

Scalability

Semantex™ has been designed from the ground up to be scalable to support growing information processing needs.  Two products based on the Semantex™ platform are available to support distributed or single machine multi-threaded deployment options.
