Ontology Driven Text Extraction
Semantex™ provides out-of-the-box support for an ontology of entities, relationships, attributes and events. However, Semantex's strength lies in its capability to easily extend its core ontology and support custom ontologies.
Janya supports extraction for custom domains and their terminology. Janya linguistics can help create taxonomies and ontologies, including in the Web Ontology Language (OWL) format. Semantex™ also supports the Resource Description Framework (RDF) for its extraction output.
Custom ontologies may include categories such as product types, healthcare symptoms, organization charts, financial instrument types and events, etc.
Semantex™ can store extracted information into RDF or triple stores for use with inference engines to build powerful analysis solutions for unstructured data.
